Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Not matching the description provided.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Exchange Process

  • Provide order details, reason for exchange, and clear images of the product (if defective/damaged).
  • Once approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or guide you to return the product.
  • A replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to a NetEasy error (wrong/defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the exchange is due to personal preference (size, color, etc.), the customer may bear the return shipping charges.
